Youth Education & Prevention Programs inspire transformative change through specialized programs and initiatives with a trauma-responsive approach. Participation guides youth and families toward healthier choices, fostering personal growth and leadership while promoting emotional well-being. Through education, recreation, mentorship, and peer-led advocacy, YEP empowers youth to recognize and harness their innate potential for positive change.

Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead (5th - 8th Grade)

WHAT

Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead is a trauma informed after-school program designed to explore the intersectionality of Climate, Sustainability, and Energy with various other topics through five, six-week cycles in an “action-forward” approach. FSA youth will also pioneer our Grow Towers and the Food For All program.

Open Gym (5th - 8th Grade)

WHAT

Open Gym is a laid-back after-school program where middle school students can make the most of their time. Whether you're shooting hoops, hanging out with friends, or playing group games, the space is yours to enjoy. With minimal structure and lots of freedom, it’s all about having fun, staying active, and making memories. Come for the game, stay for the good vibes!
