The Complex
Well-appointed conference room with projector screen, coffee maker, microwave, flexible, fold-able tables, and comfortable chairs.
Ideal choice for meetings, presentations, workshops, seminars, training or brainstorming sessions, team discussions, video conferences, client consultations, and small-scale events.
Full-court gym boasting 6 basketball hoops, bleacher seating for 25, a convenient drinking fountain, street access, easily accessible restrooms, and locker rooms with private changing spaces.
Ideal choice for basketball tournaments, fitness classes, team practices, indoor sports, community events, youth activities, exhibitions and fairs, charity drives, fitness boot camps, performances, health and wellness workshops, networking events, family events, cultural celebrations, and educational seminars. Can be divided into two sections with a curtain for versatility.
Spacious, open studio featuring large bright windows, beautiful wood floors. This space has its own entry point from Grant Street and opens internally into the Turf field.
Ideal choice for special events, organizational meetings and celebrations.
Our synthetic turf field is designed to replicate the look and feel of natural grass for sports fields. It uses a three-layer infill system of sand and rubber for stability and shock absorption. Use of the turf field allows you increased playing time, due to no down time for weather. The field is in a climate control space so players are comfortable.

King Street Campus

Amenities
Enjoy the convenience of keyless access at all locations. A unique PIN provides entry to your rented space during your reservation. Our team will assist you in using the entry points during your tour or booking.
Convenient public restrooms are accessible in all our facilities, with additional locker rooms provided at The Complex. These facilities are at your disposal and will be cleaned and stocked before your rental.
Select rental spaces are furnished with screens, projectors, or SMART Boards to enhance your experience.
Requirements
Compliance with insurance requirements is obligatory. Failure to submit valid and sufficient insurance will result in the cancellation of rentals.
We reserve the right to cancel misrepresented bookings. Event description accuracy upon booking will ensure a successful rental experience.
A deposit is needed to confirm reservations. This ensures chosen space is secured for an event.
Catering Services Available
Elevate your event with Dignity Kitchen's exceptional catering, a purpose-driven social enterprise. Enjoy fresh meals crafted by skilled chefs tailored to your preferences. All food services must be arranged through Dignity Kitchen, our trusted partner. Your choice supports community-serving programs, as proceeds benefit impactful initiatives. In the rare event that Dignity Kitchen cannot fulfill a request, alternate vendors are permitted.
