EMPowered by Partnership: PECO, United Way, and YW3CA
YWCA Tri-County Area is proud to be one of 8 trusted partners working with PECO to deliver $10 million in energy bill relief to local families. As part of our mission to empower communities and eliminate barriers, we’re helping eligible households apply for direct support—right here in the Tri-County Area.
This PECO Customer Relief Fund—administered by United Way and supported by trusted local partners like YW3CA—is designed to help households manage rising energy costs. Together, we’re making energy more affordable for more people across Southeastern PA.
This initiative is made possible by a one-time charitable donation from Exelon, PECO’s parent company.
