Expungement Clinic

Ready for a fresh start? In partnership with the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender, YWCA Tri-County Area is hosting an Expungement Clinic for individuals who may be eligible to have prior arrests or convictions removed from their public record. Individuals with a closed juvenile or adult criminal case and all fines and fees paid are encouraged to attend to learn more about the expungement process and determine their potential eligibility.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, connect with available support, and learn about steps they may be able to take toward clearing their record.
