Community Health Fair

You’re invited to join us for our annual Community Health Fair at CHDC on Friday, August 9th from 11:00AM – 2:00PM. This event is a great opportunity to share your resources, programs, and information with local families in our community and we are looking forward to another successful event this year!

100 backpacks filled with back-to-school supplies will be offered to any student under age 18 who needs a backpack to start the school
year.

Be sure to stop by early if you need a backpack!
