YW3CA's Women’s Empowerment 360° Program (WE360º) Program is designed to help women overcome barriers to starting, growing, and sustaining businesses while providing them with educational tools to increase their knowledge and confidence as entrepreneurs.

What is the WE360° Program?

WE360° spans eight weeks, with sessions held twice per week. Each session offers a dynamic mix of insightful speakers and interactive group exercises, specifically designed to empower women in entrepreneurship. Our aim is to provide knowledge and equip entrepreneurs with the tools and confidence necessary to flourish as a successful business owner. Join WE360° for mentorship, community, and skills to thrive as an entrepreneur.

Be BOLD Pitch Competition

In partnership with Procter & Gamble Co., YWCA USA, and partners like you, YW3CA and associations across the country are hosting Pitch Competitions to support local entrepreneurs and WE360° programs! This Pitch competition will allow women entrepreneurs from across the YWCA Tri-County Area a chance to compete for funding to support their growing businesses.
